Booking policy: To secure your booking slot, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is necessary. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount charged, which would be balanced in cash.
Cancellation: Cancellation of appointments must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you choose to cancel, the deposit will be forfeited.
Hair Preparation: You may wash your hair before coming for your appointment. Alternatively, I can wash it for an additional fee of £15.
